Amends
878 IAC 1-3-1 to reduce the fees under this section. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher.

Sec. 1. (a) Candidates for examination shall pay the examination fee directly to the examination service.
(b) The application/issuance fee for a license to practice as a home inspector shall be four hundred fifty dollars ($450). ($50).
(c) The fee for renewal of a license to practice as a home inspector shall be four hundred fifty dollars ($400) ($50) biennially.
(d) The penalty fee for late renewal of a license to practice as a home inspector shall be fifty dollars ($50).
(e) The fee for reinstating activating a retired license shall be four hundred ten dollars ($400). ($10).
(f) The application fee for approval as a sponsor of continuing education shall be five hundred fifty dollars ($500). ($50).
(g) The renewal fee for approval to sponsor continuing education shall be five hundred fifty dollars ($500) ($50) biennially.
(h) The application fee for approval as a prelicensing course provider shall be five hundred fifty dollars ($500). ($50).
(i) The renewal fee for approval to provide prelicensing courses shall be five hundred fifty dollars ($500) ($50) biennially.
(j) The fee for verification of licensure to another state or jurisdiction shall be ten dollars ($10).
(k) The fee for a duplicate wall certificate shall be ten dollars ($10).
(l) All fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
