TITLE 345 INDIANA STATE BOARD OF ANIMAL HEALTH

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule
LSA Document #15-161

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Board of Animal Health intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 345 IAC 1-3 and other provisions of 345 IAC governing the movement of poultry and other birds into the state and within the state. The rule may add and amend regulations governing exhibitions of birds, public and private sale and other distribution of birds, and transportation of birds. The proposed rule will update provisions set forth in 345 IAC 4-4 governing the National Poultry Improvement Plan. Makes other updates and amendments to the rules governing the control of diseases and pests of poultry and other birds. Questions and comments concerning the proposed rule may be sent to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 15-17-3; IC 15-17-15.
