TITLE 329 SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT DIVISION Agency Correction LSA Document #15-107(AC) Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code: In 329 IAC 9-4.5-11 [329 IAC 9-4.5-11(a)(1)], after "notify", delete "IDEM" and insert "the department".
