Representatives of the federal Administration on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AIDD) will be conducting a site visit in Indiana on May 12-15, 2015, of Indiana Protection and Advocacy Services.

AIDD is soliciting comments from interested parties on your experiences with the work, program, and strategies employed by Indiana Protection and Advocacy Services in meeting the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in Indiana.

You are encouraged to share your experiences by way of any of the following methods:

Comments should be sent in time for receipt by May 11, 2015, in order to be included in the final report.

AIDD may be able to accommodate in-person meetings, if requested in advance of the onsite visit.
