TITLE 878 HOME INSPECTORS LICENSING BOARD

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Home Inspectors Licensing Board intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 878 IAC 1-3-1 to reduce the fees under this section. Comments and questions may be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 25-1-8-2; IC 25-20.2-3-8; IC 25-20.2-3-9; IC 25-20.2-6-5.
