Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under
IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Department of Transportation intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:
OVERVIEW: Adds
105 IAC 5-11 to establish procedures and requirements for the distance of unobstructed views at highway rail crossings to improve the visibility and enhance safety for motorists and trains traveling through rail crossings. Statutory authority:
IC 8-6-7.6-1.
