Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on February 25, 2015, at 9:00 a.m., at the Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation, Administrative Building, Board Room, 951 Walnut Street, Evansville, Indiana, 47713; AND on February 26, 2015, at 9:00 a.m., at Marion High School, Board Room #4-4, 750 West 26th Street, Marion, Indiana, 46953; AND on February 27, 2015, at 9:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South Building, 302 West Washington Street, Conference Room C, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46204, the Indiana State Board of Education will hold public hearings on proposed changes to Title 511 of the Indiana Administrative Code.

The proposed rule adds 511 IAC 6.2-10 to modify the methodology or metrics, or both, that determine in which of the school improvement categories, "A" through "F" grading scale, schools and school corporations are to be placed.

The proposed rule would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
