Notice of Public Hearing
Under
IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on
November 21, 2014, at
1:00 p.m., at the
Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room 5, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Bureau of Motor Vehicles will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to specify the types of reasonable grounds upon which the Bureau of Motor Vehicles may suspend or revoke the driving privileges or driver's license of an individual or the certificate of registration or license plate of a motor vehicle in accordance with
IC 9-30-4-1.
The proposed rule would not impose requirements or costs under
IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
