TITLE 812 INDIANA AUCTIONEER COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Auctioneer Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 812 IAC 1 to remove references to auction houses and remove outdated fees. Amends 812 IAC 2 to remove references to auction houses. Repeals 812 IAC 1-1-14 and 812 IAC 1-1-17. Comments and questions may be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 25-6.1-2-5.
