TITLE 575 STATE SCHOOL BUS COMMITTEE
Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under
IC 4-22-2-23, the State School Bus Committee intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:
OVERVIEW: Amends
575 IAC 1-9-16 to require each new school bus operated by or on behalf of a school corporation to bear the name of the school district on the back of the school bus and to provide the specifications for the lettering. Amends
575 IAC 1-9-60 to require each school bus placed into service for the first time by a school corporation or nonpublic school to have a decal on the back of the school bus indicating that the school bus is required to stop at all railroad crossings and to provide the specifications for the decal. Statutory authority:
IC 20-27-3-5.
