Title: Interpretation of 675 IAC 19-4-2(3) and 675 IAC 12-6-7(g)(15)

Purpose: The purpose of this nonrule policy document is to clarify whether a ComCheck report, or documentation from similar software, is required to be filed with a project submitted to the Division of Fire and Building Safety, Plan Review Section, where the building or structure is neither heated nor cooled, and where the plans for the mechanical systems, or the plans for electrical/lighting systems, or both, contain design notes showing compliance with the prescriptive requirements of the 2010 Indiana Energy Conservation Code for the mechanical or electrical/lighting systems, or both.
