Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on July 17, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., at the Center for Education and Career Innovation, Harrison Building, Conference Room 118, 143 West Market Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana State Board of Education will hold a public hearing on proposed changes to Title 511 of the Indiana Administrative Code.

The proposed rule adds provisions to explain and implement the requirements for the education and special education and related services of children who are placed in a facility under the written order of a physician licensed under IC 25-22.5 and for whom the facility provides educational services.

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Center for Education and Career Innovation, 143 West Market Street, Suite 500 and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
