TITLE 326 AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DIVISION

Temporarily amends 326 IAC 2-2-1(zz)(2)(A) and 326 IAC 2-7-1(40)(B)(i) to update the reference to 40 CFR 98, Subpart A, Table A-1 for consistency with federal requirements. Statutory authority: IC 13-14-8-1. NOTE: The original emergency document, LSA Document #14-96(E), posted at 20140326-IR-326140096ERA, effective March 13, 2014, expired June 11, 2014. Effective June 12, 2014.

SECTION 1. (a) This SECTION supersedes 326 IAC 2-2-1(zz)(2)(A).

(b) Multiply the mass amount of emissions in tons per year for each of the six (6) greenhouse gases in the pollutant GHGs by the gas's associated global warming potential published in 40 CFR 98, Subpart A, Table A-1 (Global Warming Potentials)*, as amended by 78 FR 71948 (November 29, 2013).
