Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on July 10, 2014, at 9:30 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N501, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Natural Resources Commission will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 312 IAC 4, which governs the Department of Natural Resources, Division of Law Enforcement to clarify definitions, remove references to the deputy director, clarify prerequisites for application to become a conservation officer, remove review requirements for general orders and standard operating procedures, clarify the opportunities for administrative review, clarify division governance, and make technical corrections.

IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3) Justification Statement: The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs to regulated entities under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
