Notice of Public Hearing
Under
IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on
June 27, 2014, at
12:00 p.m., at the Indiana Department of Education, Riley Conference Room, 115 West Washington Street, South Tower, Suite 600, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Department of Education will hold a public hearing on proposed changes to Title 512 of the Indiana Administrative Code to add
512 IAC 5 to implement the Indiana Family Friendly School Designation Program.
The proposed rule would not impose requirements or costs under
IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
Copies of these rules are now on file at the Department of Education, 115 West Washington Street and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
