Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on May 8, 2014, at 8:30 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N501, Indianapolis, Indiana the Natural Resources Commission will hold a public hearing on the proposed addition of 312 IAC 26-6 to establish and administer the distribution of grants from the Indiana Sportsmen's Benevolence Account established by IC 14-9-5-4(b).

IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3) Justification Statement: All requirements or costs by the rule amendments on regulated entities under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3) are reasonably necessary for the implementation of IC 14-9-5-4.
