Repeals
345 IAC 7-5-27.5 requiring testing for equine piroplasmosis of any equine animal that is entering the premises where a quarter horse or thoroughbred horse race is held. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher.
SECTION 2. SECTION 1 of this document takes effect 30 days after filing with the Publisher.
