TITLE 512 DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Department of Education intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 512 IAC 5 to implement IC 20-19-6.2, Indiana Family Friendly School Designation Program. Statutory authority: IC 20-19-6.2-2.
