Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on September 26, 2013, at 9:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room 5, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Office of the Secretary of Family and Social Services will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule adding 405 IAC 5-21.7 for purposes of including Child Mental Health Wraparound Services as services covered by Medicaid and to include definitions, eligibility requirements, provider requirements, a description of covered services, and reimbursement for services.

The proposed rule will not impose any additional requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3). The proposed rule creates no unfunded mandates on state agencies or political subdivisions.

All persons interested in the proposed rule are invited to attend the public hearing and to offer comments at the public hearing. In addition, written comments may be sent to the FSSA Office of General Counsel, Attention: Barbara Nardi, Indiana Government Center South, 402 W. Washington St., Room W-451, Indianapolis, IN 46204 and must be received on or before September 26, 2013, at 5:00 p.m. Correspondence should be identified in the following manner: "COMMENT RE: LSA Document #13-211, Child Mental Health Wraparound Services". All written comments concerning the rule that are received by the FSSA Office of General Counsel on or before September 26, 2013, at 5:00 p.m. will be available for inspection at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W451, Indianapolis, Indiana.
