Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on July 29, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana State Department of Health will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to add 410 IAC 34 to establish a state trauma registry for the collection of information regarding the delivery of traumatic injury care services in Indiana for purposes of improving the statewide trauma system.

The Indiana State Department of Health has the authority to adopt this rule under IC 16-19-3-28. This rule will not impose any additional requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Office of Legal Affairs, Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
