Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on August 21, 2013, at 1:30 p.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room 10, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Oversight Committee on Public Records will hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to Title 60 of the Indiana Administrative Code to delineate state agency requirements for posting forms on the IN.gov platform.

The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W472 and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
