TITLE 511 INDIANA STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Board of Education intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 511 IAC 7-33 to align with new federal special education regulations regarding parental consent for the use of public funds or insurance to pay for special education and related services. Statutory authority: IC 20-19-2-8; IC 20-19-2-16.
