Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on June 4, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana State Department of Health will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 410 IAC 6-8.3-86 to add that the department may approve a method to break up compaction if compacted soil material is identified in the soil at a depth greater than 12 inches.

The Indiana State Department of Health has the authority to adopt this rule under IC 16-19-3-5. This rule will not impose any additional requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
