Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on June 10, 2013, at 9:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N501, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Natural Resources Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule adding 312 IAC 20-4-11.5 to establish a process by which a person may seek dual review and action by the Department of Natural Resources, Division of Historic Preservation and Archaeology, for a project that is potentially subject to both 16 U.S.C. 470f and IC 14-21-1-18 and to provide that the Division Director may issue a letter of clearance to the Indiana Department of Transportation for a qualified bridge project.

The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
