Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on March 22, 2013, at 1:30 p.m., at the Indiana Horse Racing Commission, 1302 North Meridian Street, Suite 175, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Horse Racing Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to Title 71 of the Indiana Administrative Code to regulate the scale of weights for certain race horses.

The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Horse Racing Commission, 1302 North Meridian Street, Suite 175 and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
