Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on February 20, 2013, at 1:30 p.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room 10, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Oversight Committee on Public Records will hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to Title 60 of the Indiana Administrative Code to regulate the commercial use of records received using an Access to Public Records Act request to the Commission on Public Records.

The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W472 and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
