EXECUTIVE ORDER: 12-19

FOR: PARDON FOR ANTHONY NEFOUSE

TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS MAY COME, GREETINGS;

WHEREAS, ANTHONY NEFOUSE, who petitioned for a pardon, was convicted in Hamilton County of Minor Consumption in 1995 and Conspiracy to Deal in Cocaine in 1997, and Illegal Consumption in Delaware County in 1996; and

WHEREAS, the petitioner, is now a 37 year-old man who has been a productive member of society, is employed as an insurance broker at Nefouse and Associates, is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters, and is involved with the Indianapolis Hebrew Congregation; and

WHEREAS, the petitioner has letters of support testifying to his character and urging approval of this pardon from friends, family members, and community leaders; and

WHEREAS, the Parole Board, after careful investigation and examination of all the facts in this case, has unanimously recommended to the Governor that this pardon be granted.

NOW THEREFORE, I, Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr., Governor of the State of Indiana, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of said State do hereby issue a Pardon to ANTHONY NEFOUSE.
