EXECUTIVE ORDER: 12-16

FOR: PARDON FOR MANONE DEHONIESTO-LAMBERT

TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS MAY COME, GREETINGS;

WHEREAS, MANONE DEHONIESTO-LAMBERT, who petitioned for a pardon, was convicted in Marion County of Class A-Misdemeanor Battery in 1999; and

WHEREAS, the petitioner, is now a 33 year-old woman who has been a productive member of society, has received a Dental Assistant Certification from Dental Careers Foundation, Associate's Degree of Applied Science from MedTech College and is working toward her Bachelor's Degree of Science for Registered Nursing from Anderson University; and

WHEREAS, the petitioner has been actively involved in her community, and has volunteered with Wheeler Ministries; and

WHEREAS, the Parole Board, after careful investigation and examination of all the facts in this case, has unanimously recommended to the Governor that this pardon be granted.

NOW THEREFORE, I, Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr., Governor of the State of Indiana, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of said State do hereby issue a Pardon to MANONE DEHONIESTO-LAMBERT.
