FOR: PARDON FOR THOMAS CRANER
TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS MAY COME, GREETINGS;
WHEREAS, THOMAS CRANER, who petitioned for a pardon, was convicted in Marion County of Class D Felony Theft in 1978; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner, is now a 53 year-old man who has been a productive member of society, is employed as Regional Operations Manager with Varsity Contractors and has worked for Simon Property Group in various capacities; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has been actively involved in his community; and
WHEREAS, the Parole Board, after careful investigation and examination of all the facts in this case, has unanimously recommended to the Governor that this pardon be granted.
NOW THEREFORE, I, Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr., Governor of the State of Indiana, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of said State do hereby issue a Pardon to THOMAS CRANER.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I, Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr., have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed the Great Seal of the State of Indiana on this 8th day of November, 2012.
