Under IC 4-22-2-24
, notice is hereby given that on November 30, 2012, at 1:00 p.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room 5, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule adding 460 IAC 13
as a new article establishing standards for determining objective based allocations for individuals receiving services administrated by the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services (DDRS) through the Home and Community Based Services Waiver approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services consisting of Rule 1 (purpose), Rule 2 (applicability), Rule 3 (definitions), Rule 4 (determining OBA), Rule 5 (Algo levels), Rule 6 (shared staffing), Rule 7 (behavioral support services), Rule 8 (personal allocation review), and Rule 9 (appeal process).
The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24
All parties interested in the proposed rule are invited to attend the public hearing and to offer public comments. In lieu of attendance at the public hearing, written comments may be sent to: IFSSA, Attention: Missy Newcomer c/o Shane Spotts, 402 W. Washington St., Room W451, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Correspondence should be identified in the following manner: "COMMENT RE: LSA Document #12-463, Home and Community Based Services Waiver Rule". All written comments concerning the rule received by the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services will be available for public inspection at the Office of General Counsel, Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W451, Indianapolis, Indiana.
