Under
IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code:
(1) In
312 IAC 8-1.5-6(b), delete "are" and insert "is" and, after "department", delete "has".
(2) In
312 IAC 8-1.5-6(b)(3), delete "(other than those of the Indiana state museum) not" and insert "unless"; after "located at", insert "a"; and delete "sites" and insert "site".
