Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on November 21, 2012, at 4:00 p.m., at the Indiana State Library, 140 North Senate Avenue, Room 401, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Office of the Inspector General will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 42 IAC 1-5 regarding nepotism and communications by state officers.

The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
