Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on November 21, 2012, at 3:30 p.m., at the Indiana State Library, 140 North Senate Avenue, Room 401, Indianapolis, Indiana, the State Ethics Commission will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 40 IAC 2 regarding the procedures governing State Ethics Commission hearings and advisory opinions.

The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
