Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on November 16, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Department of Education Grissom Room, 151 West Ohio Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana State Board of Education will hold a public hearing on proposed changes to Title 511 of the Indiana Administrative Code to amend 511 IAC 12-2 to establish new procedures for summer school funding.

The proposed rule would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Department of Education, 151 West Ohio Street and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
