IC 4-22-2.1-5 Statement Concerning Rules Affecting Small Businesses
The Board of Registration for Architects and Landscape Architects has determined that this proposed rule does not impose requirements or costs on small businesses. Architects and landscape architects individually address their registration applications and renewals to ensure proper registration in the state of Indiana. The businesses that employ their services are not involved in the administration of the individual's registration, other than verifying their status; therefore, there are no administrative costs or requirements for small businesses.
