Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on November 12, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at the Office of the Indiana State Chemist, Purdue University, 175 South University Street, Room A151, West Lafayette, Indiana, the Indiana Pesticide Review Board will hold a public hearing on a proposed new rule to make legal citation references in rule consistent with amendments to IC 15-16-4 and IC 15-16-5, to consolidate 357 IAC 1-6 and 357 IAC 1-7 into one comprehensive rule addressing civil penalties under both IC 15-16-4 and IC 15-16-5, to repeal 357 IAC 1-7 to reflect that this rule is being incorporated into 357 IAC 1-6, to repeal 357 IAC 1-9 to reflect amendments to IC 15-16-5, to amend 357 IAC 1-10-3 to clarify where within a wellhead protection area pesticide storage is permitted, to amend 357 IAC 1-10-4 to clarify that immediate pesticide spill cleanup requirements apply within an isolation area, and to repeal 357 IAC 1-10-6 to indicate that this effective date is no longer applicable to this rule.

The proposed rule would not impose any requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
