Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on November 12, 2012, at 9:00 a.m., at the Office of the Indiana State Chemist, Purdue University, 175 South University Street, Room A151, West Lafayette, Indiana, the State Chemist of the State of Indiana will hold a public hearing on a proposed new rule to establish definitions of terms used in the rule, to eliminate the requirement for pesticide businesses to file proof of unexpired liability insurance annually, to clarify the minimum coverage requirements for liability insurance, and to clarify type and scope of liability coverage required.

The proposed rule would not impose any requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Office of the Indiana State Chemist, Purdue University, 175 South University Street, West Lafayette, Indiana and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
