IC 4-22-2.1-5 Statement Concerning Rules Affecting Small Businesses
The proposed rule will not impose requirements or costs on small businesses under
IC 4-22-2.1-5. This rule will increase the minimum liability insurance coverage for commercial for-hire pesticide application businesses. However, based on current market pressures and good business practices, an overwhelming majority of license holders already have insurance coverage that meets or exceeds the proposed minimum level.
