TITLE 675 FIRE PREVENTION AND BUILDING SAFETY COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 675 IAC 28-1-28 to update the 2010 edition of the NFPA 72, National Fire Protection Association Standard for the National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code, and make conforming changes. Repeals 675 IAC 13-1-9 (NFPA 14) and 675 IAC 28-1-22 (NFPA 58). Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. Statutory authority: IC 22-13-2.
