TITLE 345 INDIANA STATE BOARD OF ANIMAL HEALTH

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Board of Animal Health intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: The rule will amend 345 IAC 7-5 governing the exhibition of animals. The rule may add or amend animal health requirements for the exhibition of swine. The rule will make other changes in the law governing animal health and exhibitions. Questions and comments concerning the proposed rule may be sent to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 15-17-3-13; IC 15-17-3-21; IC 15-17-15-9.
