Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on September 6, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana State Department of Health will hold a public hearing on the proposed adoption of 410 IAC 15-5 to continue license fees for hospitals, ambulatory outpatient surgical centers, abortion clinics, and birthing centers following a statutory change placing these fees under the authority of the Indiana State Department of Health's Executive Board.

The Indiana State Department of Health has the authority to adopt this rule under IC 16-21-2-12. This rule will not impose any additional requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
