Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on August 28, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Natural Resources Commission will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 312 IAC 11, concerning the management of public freshwater lakes, to authorize extended license durations for qualified temporary structures and dredging activities under IC 14-26-2-17, including qualified temporary structures that may be removed on a seasonal basis, dredging projects, and licenses contingent on federal or state funding.

The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
