TITLE 856 INDIANA BOARD OF PHARMACY

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Board of Pharmacy intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 856 IAC 7 to establish standards applicable to any prescription drug take back program, entities that may participate in prescription drug take back programs, and guidelines and standards for prescription drug take back programs. Statutory authority: IC 25-26-13-4; IC 25-26-23.
