Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on August 10, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Department of Education Riley Room, 151 West Ohio Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana State Board of Education will hold a public hearing on proposed changes to Title 511 of the Indiana Administrative Code.

The proposed rule amends 511 IAC 6.2-8 and 511 IAC 6.2-9 to establish new procedures for school improvement. The proposed rule would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Department of Education, 151 West Ohio Street and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
