, notice is hereby given that on July 25, 2012,
at 1:30 p.m. EDT,
at the Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Conference Center Rooms 4 and 5, Indianapolis, Indiana,
the Water Pollution Control Board will hold a public hearing on a list of rules under Title 327 of the Indiana Administrative Code required to be noticed every seven years though they are not subject to expiration.
The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public regarding the rules listed at 20120523-IR-327120262BNA
. The board, after considering the written comments received during the comment period and IDEM's responses to those comments and testimony given at the hearing, will direct IDEM on whether additional rulemaking actions must be initiated to address concerns about particular rules. All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the rules that do not expire listed at 20120523-IR-327120262BNA
. Oral statements will be heard, but, for the accuracy of the record, all comments should be submitted in writing.
