TITLE 68 INDIANA GAMING COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Gaming Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 68 IAC 21 concerning the conduct of charity gaming activities by qualified organizations, manufacturers, and distributors licensed by the Indiana Gaming Commission. Adds definitional terms for "calendar week", "dispensing device", "exempt event", "qualified card game", and "worker" to 68 IAC 21. Makes numerous technical changes. Public questions or comments concerning the proposed rule may be directed to Joby D.
