Emergency Rule

DIGEST
Temporarily adds rules concerning pull-tab game number 0072. Effective May 1, 2012.
SECTION 1. The name of pull-tab game number 0072 is "Sizzlin 7s".
SECTION 2. Tickets in pull-tab game number 0072 shall sell for fifty cents ($0.50) per ticket, unless otherwise adjusted by temporary price reductions or other promotional activities conducted or authorized by the commission.
SECTION 3. (a) Each ticket in pull-tab game number 0072 shall contain up to a total of fifteen (15) play symbols found beneath the five (5) tabs on the back of the pull-tab ticket.
(b) Each play symbol includes a caption that corresponds with and verifies the play symbol as follows:

SECTION 4. (a) To play a ticket in pull-tab game number 0072, the ticket must be validly purchased and the five (5) tabs located on the back of the pull-tab ticket must be opened to reveal the play symbols underneath.
(b) If a green line overlays three (3) winning play symbols in a vertical, horizontal, or diagonal row, the ticket may be redeemed for a prize amount determined as follows:
(1) If a "

" (White Seven), and a "
" (Blue Seven) appear under the green line, then the ticket may be redeemed for a prize of seventy-seven dollars ($77).
(2) If a ""(Red Seven), "" (White Seven), and a "
" (Red, White, Blue Bar) appear under the green line, then the ticket may be redeemed for a prize of twenty-seven dollars ($27).
(3) If a ""(Red Seven), "" (White Seven), and a "
" (Cherry) appear under the green line, then the ticket may be redeemed for a prize of seventeen dollars ($17).
(4) If three (3) "" (Red Seven) symbols appear under the green line, then the ticket may be redeemed for a prize of five dollars ($5).
(5) If three (3) "" (White Seven) symbols appear under the green line, then the ticket may be redeemed for a prize of one dollars [sic] ($1).
(6) If three (3) "" (Blue Seven) symbols appear under the green line, then the ticket may be redeemed for a prize of fifty cents ($.50).
(7) If the "
" (WIN $777) symbol appears under the green line, the ticket may be redeemed for a prize of seven hundred seventy-seven dollars ($777).
(b) The prize amount won, if any, will appear on the ticket in black overprinting on a yellow box.
SECTION 5. (a) The possible winning prize combinations are as follows:
Total value of all prizes*: $347,310
Print quantity: 1,088,640
(b) The approximate number of prizes and the estimated odds provided in subsection (a) are calculated based on an approximate total print quantity of tickets. The actual number of prizes and the chances of winning a prize will vary depending on the actual quantity of tickets printed and as prizes are claimed.
SECTION 6. This document expires sixty (60) days after the last claim date in pull-tab game 0072.
