Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on May 17, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. EDT, at the PNC Center, 101 West Washington Street, IURC Conference Center, Judicial Courtroom 222, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule (IURC RM #11-05) establishing the Indiana Voluntary Clean Energy Portfolio Standard Program to amend 170 IAC 1-6-1 through 170 IAC 1-6-3 to allow a clean energy resource to request approval of an alternative equation under the commission's thirty-day administrative filing rule, to add 170 IAC 17.1 to establish the Indiana voluntary clean energy portfolio standard program, superseding the emergency rule currently in place, and to repeal the emergency rule found at 170 IAC 17.

The proposed rule will not impose any requirement or cost on a regulated entity under the rule that is not expressly required by the statute authorizing the agency to adopt the rule or any other state or federal law. Copies of the analyses of financial and fiscal impacts are now on file with the Commission and available to be inspected and copied at the PNC Center, 101 West Washington Street, Suite 1500 East, Indianapolis, Indiana.
