Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on May 24, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. EDT, at the PNC Center, 101 West Washington Street, IURC Conference Center, Judicial Courtroom 222, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule (RM #10-04) to add the IURC's administrative rule regarding vegetation management.

The proposed rules will affect investor-owned electric utilities. There are costs stemming from the rule.

Copies of any justification data (referenced data, studies, or analyses) are now on file with the Commission and available to be inspected and copied at the PNC Center, 101 West Washington Street, Suite 1500 East, Indianapolis, Indiana.
