Notice of Public Hearing
Under
IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on May 7, 2012, at 2:00 p.m., at the Department of Insurance, 311 West Washington Street, Suite 103, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Department of Insurance will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to set forth standards to protect consumers from misleading and fraudulent marketing practices with respect to the use of senior-specific certifications and professional designations in the solicitation, sale, or purchase of, or advice made in connection with, a life insurance or annuity product.
There are no regulatory costs associated with this proposed rule.
